Президент Украины
Виктор Янукович подписал изменения к законодательству, согласно которым детям
шахтеров предоставляется право поступать в профессионально-технические училища
вне конкурса.
Информация о
подписании Закона "О внесении изменения в статью 5 Закона Украины "О
повышении престижности шахтерского труда" размещена в пятницу на сайте
Главы государства.
В соответствии с
законом, шахтеры, которые имеют стаж подземной работы не менее трех лет, лица,
родители которых являются шахтерами и имеют стаж подземной работы не менее 15
лет, погибли вследствие несчастного случая на производстве или стали инвалидами
I или II группы, зачисляются в первый год после получения среднего образования
вне конкурса по личному выбору специальности в государственные и коммунальные
высшие и профессионально-технические учебные заведения Украины для обучения за
счет средств государственного и местных бюджетов с предоставлением мест в
общежитиях на время обучения и гарантированной выплатой за счет средств
государственного бюджета стипендии в размере прожиточного минимума,
установленного законом для трудоспособных лиц.
Указанные лица после
окончания обучения трудоустраиваются в соответствии с договором, заключенным
между соответствующим органом исполнительной власти, руководителем учебного
заведения и выпускником, сообщает «Укринформ».
